Vicinity Group Structure

The May Logan Centre is part of Vicinity Group managed under Liverpool Housing Trust. The Group, through its subsidiaries LHT, Cobalt Housing, Beechwood Ballantyne and Atrium (the commercial property arm of LHT), own and manage over 16,000 homes across Merseyside. Vicinity is also committed to a range of community regeneration projects, the May Logan Centre being a flagship model for partnership and community support work. 

Liverpool Housing Trust was established in 1965 and today has over 9,000 properties across Liverpool, Runcorn and Wirral.

Cobalt Housing, the charitable association created in 2003 to take the stock transfer of 6000 homes from Liverpool City Council.

Beechwood Ballantyne, a charitable association created in 2005 to take the stock transfer of 900 homes from Wirral Council.

Atrium, limited by shares, was set up to manage commercial housing development and management activities.

Jigsaw Neighbourhood Solutions, the latest edition to the Group, established to enhance and improve the physical environment of our neighbourhoods and to address the social agenda by enabling local long term unemployed back to work.
