The May Logan Healthy Living Centre opened September 1999 and is dedicated to improving the health, well being and quality of life for local people. The centre offers over 60 activities and services including a one stop information point, crèche, café, ball pool, Alder Hey services, Liverpool Women's Midwifery, smoking cessation and parenting courses. The Centre is managed by Liverpool Housing Trust under agreement with Sefton NHS. The centre is also supported by Sefton Council Surestart Children's Centre Programme, Neighbourhood Renewal Fund, Health Inequalities, European Regeneration Development Fund and The Big Lottery.
